Toshiba Corporation has developed the T4K37 13-megapixel CMOS sensor for use in a variety of mobile devices. Toshiba assures that with the help of the new matrix it will be possible to obtain high-quality images even in low light conditions. The cameras will be on sale in 2013.
Toshiba has unveiled the T4K37 13-megapixel CMOS sensor for use in cameras in smartphones and tablet computers.
